A very fine Rococo/Gustavian transitional period secretaire with a wonderful light grey patina. The top cabinet features an arching Rococo pediment cornice, with vertically reeded cupboard doors more typical of the late 18th century Gustavian period. The fall front bureau interior comprises of multiple drawers & cubby holes, and is finished in a beautiful soft contrasting antique white patina. Swedish circa 1780.
