ANTIQUES - CONDITIONS OF SALE

PAYMENT

Customers are required to pay the invoice price of goods in full together with any applicable value added tax (VAT) and applicable transport costs prior to collection or delivery.

If settling an invoice by debit or credit card transaction, the customer must pay the invoice in full at the time of purchase.

If settling an invoice by wire or bank transfer, cleared funds must be received in full in £ (sterling) within 5 days of the date of the invoice.

Please note, if cleared funds are not received within 5 days, Georgia Lacey Interiors Limited reserves the right to cancel a sale.

Any bank charges relating to wire transfers will be borne by the customer.

The customer shall pay all amounts due under the contract in full without any deduction or withholding.

Except as required by law and the customer shall not be entitled to assert any credit, set-off or counterclaim against the supplier in order to justify withholding payment of any such amount in whole or in part.

Receipts for payment will be issued only upon request.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Georgia Lacey Interiors Limited do not accept returns or refunds for items purchased in our showrooms.

However, in the unlikely event that an item is unsuitable for a customer, at its discretion Georgia Lacey Interiors Limited may offer a customer a credit note less a 20% restocking fee, subject to the item being returned in the same condition it was supplied in.

Any original delivery costs, and the cost of return delivery will be borne by the customer in full.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

We are only able to offer a refund in accordance with your statutory legal rights. For example; if the goods we supply are damaged, or not fit for purpose, or not as described in your original order.

ITEMS ON HOLD

With the prior agreement of Georgia Lacey Interiors Limited, an item may be placed on hold for up to 3 days.

If an item is already on hold and another client wishes to purchase it, Georgia Lacey Interiors Limited will make every effort to contact the holding client first by phone or email, giving them 1st refusal to purchase.

However, if the holding client fails to respond, or decides against puchasing the said item, Georgia Lacey Interiors Limited reserve the right to sell the item to the new client.
