RARE SWEDISH ROCOCO PERIOD SECRETAIRE IN ORIGINAL PAINT

This is a stunning example of a mid 18th century Swedish Rococo secretaire that has been hand scraped back to traces of its original paint. The wood and paint have taken on a wonderful worn patina over time. Inside the fall front desk, the interior is later painted in a gorgeous blue/green colour and features several small drawers, compartments and pigeon holes. The cabinet has its original working locks and brass hardware. This rare and elegant piece of furniture would enhance the look of any room. Circa 1750.
