A remarkable 18th century Baroque period secretaire bureau featuring a top cabinet with a high arching broken pediment cornice with central vase decoration, shaped inset panelled doors flanked by decorative carvings, over a drop leaf desk with inset panels concealing a multitude of drawers and compartments in a beautiful pale blue patina, above three curved serpentine drawers. Scandinavian circa 1750.
