The rarest of Italian confit pots sourced from the Bay of Naples and the Bay of Salerno. Dating from around 1800 to 1820 these beautiful pots have a stunning 200 year old patina and a distinctive wide brims unique to this location. Originally used for preserving anchovies, sardines, olives etc in brine or olive oil.
