A wonderful Baroque serpentine secretaire featuring a shelved vitrine glass display bookcase with shaped canted corners & overhanging pediment cornice, above a drop leaf bureau with curved drawers & lockable central compartment finished in an exquisite pale green patina. Below the desk lie three curved serpentine drawers with beautiful original hardware, and an elegant shaped apron & feet. Scandinavian circa 1800 - 1810.
