A magnificent scale, late 19th century Venetian cushioned mirror with a layered octagonal frame featuring beautiful etched panels of flowers & leaves between scalloped edged inner & outer bands decorated with bubbles, and glass leaves and glass flowers to each corner. The mirror is topped with a very unusual and quite spectacular decorative catouche. The mirror is in good antique condition with a little light foxing to the central bevelled mirror and outer bands. The reflection is very clear and therefore this mirror would work perfectly in a bathroom, or make a beautiful statement in a bedroom, hallway, or reception room.
A late 19th century cushioned Venetian mirror with layered glass frame decorated with beautifully etched panels of flowers and leaves between scallop cut edged inner and outer bands, secured at the corners and joins with glass leaves and topped with a high, decorative cartouche.
