A unique and quite magnificently proportioned 18th century Rococo or late Baroque period oak secretaire of incredible scale, standing a little over eight feet in height. Featuring a beautiful vitrine glass bookcase with rare curved glass panels and a high arching Rococo 'broken' pediment cornice, over a panelled fall front desk with multiple drawers and letter compartments, with three decoratively carved serpentine drawers below, and stunning original large brass 'crown' escutcheons and door hardware.
